With a maximum enrollment of 12 students, the department offers a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Analysis. The department is equipped with sophisticated instruments like HPLC, FT-IR, Gas chromatographic system,Atomic Absorption Spectrometer, Fluorescence Spectroscopy,UV-Visible spectrophotometer, microcentrifuge. In addition, the department has a computational facility for designing drug .The department is unique and this caters to the needs of the sister institutions in Analysis of drug components.The department has the most advanced infrastructure in the State thanks to its cutting-edge laboratories, ultra-modern buildings, and skilled personnel.Additionally, the Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis can instruct postgraduate students in medication e-filing procedures by accessing several R&DS of Industries. Drug impurity profiling, analytical and bioanalytical method development and validation, pharmaceutical raw material and polymer selection are the department’s main research areas. The department works on Consultancy services demanded by several agencies and sister institutes.
