The project was carried out under the guidance of *Dr. Sanal Dev, Professor & Head, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry. As recognition of her outstanding performance, she received a **Certificate and a Cash Prize of ₹5,000/-*.

M Pharm students from the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Al Shifa College of Pharmacy achieved major success at a recent national scientific poster presentation competition. The event was held as part of the National Seminar on “Innovations in Drug Discovery:From Structural Databases to Therapeutics,” organized by the Ahalia School of Pharmacy.

First Prize: Ms. Fathima Shafna K won first place for her research presentation, “Assessment of the Effectiveness of Sovateltide as Add-on Therapy in Acute Ischemic Stroke Patients: A Prospective Observational Study.” Her work was conducted under the guidance of Mr. Binai K. Sankar, Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice.

Second Prize: Ms. Shanu Jas K secured second place for her study, “Health-Related Quality of Life and Cost of Illness in Non-Dialysis and Dialysis Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease: A Prospective Observational Study.” She completed her research under the guidance of Dr. Danisha P, Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice.
