The KUHS Zonal Arts Fest, held at SIMET College of Nursing, brought together various institutions to showcase their artistic talents. The event featured numerous competitions, ranging from music and dance to literary arts. Students from Al Shifa College of Pharmacy actively participated in multiple events, Group dance, mime, oppana, vattapattu, mappilapattu, etc . Our eighth semester student Ms. Shahla M K secured the 2nd prize in Hindi Versification. This achievement highlights the dedication and hard work of the participants.

The Crescent College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kannur conducted one-day All Kerala Inter-pharm football tournament ‘Yadhukrishna Memorial All Kerala Inter-Pharma 7’s Football Tournament’ on 24th october 2024. The students from Alshifa college of Pharmacy has participated.

Meccazioz, in association with the Students’ Union and Naipunya Club of Al Shifa College of Pharmacy, successfully hosted the Onam celebration, THARANGAM-2. The event was inaugurated by Managing Director Dr. P. Unneen, alongside Dr. Dilip C, Principal, and Prof. Junaise V and Dr. Arun Rasheed, Vice Principals of the college. Following the inauguration, students and faculty enthusiastically participated in traditional Onam games. The festivities continued with a delicious Ona-sadhya served in the college auditorium. The afternoon session featured vibrant cultural programs, showcasing the rich traditions of Onam. The celebration concluded with a spirited round of vadam vali, bringing a joyful end to a memorable day.

The Westford College of Pharmacy, Thrissur conducted two-day All Kerala Interpharm sports meet ‘AAGMA 2K24’ on 3rd and 4th September 2024. The students from Alshifa college of Pharmacy has participated in football and carroms competition.

Al shifa college of pharmacy won One day sevens football tournament by beating Nadakkavil paramedical College Valanchery 2-0 organised by PMSA college of paramedical sciences & management at Bypass arena turf, Malappuram. Mr. Shafin, the faculty accompanied with the students.

‘GALATTA,’ a three-day arts festival, was organized by Bakkasi in collaboration with the students union of Al Shifa College of Pharmacy on May 13, 14, and 15, 2024. On May 13, 2024, off-stage events kicked off the Arts Fest. On May 14, 2024, at 12 p.m., Managing Director Dr. P Uneen gave the arts festival its official opening. Day 2’s on-stage activities begin at 8.30 am and are followed by on-stage activities. The program concluded on May 15 at 5:00 p.m. with a DJ set by “VOCAL DUDE.”

The Riwayat Iftar Meet 2024, organized by the 21st B.pharm, 13flr Pharm’D, and 19th D.Pharm students of Alshifa College of Pharmacy on20th March 2024, celebrated the essence of Ramadan with nearly 850 attendees, comprising students, faculty, staff, and comrnunity members. Commencing with an enlightening speech by Bushair Sharqi, followed by a serene Quran recitation. By 7:00 PM, the attendees, totaling around 850 individuals, were treated to a delightful spread of iftar delicacies, including dates, fruits, appetizers, and beverages, meticulously arranged by the organizing corlnrittee.

Meccazioz in association with students union and Naipunya club Al Shifa college of pharmacy conducted a food festival event named THAKKARAM 2K24. Managing treasury Mr. Muhammad Haji, Manager Mr. Faizal, Dr. Dilip C, Principal ACP, Inaugurated the event in presence of Prof. Junaise V, VP ACP and Dr. Arun Rasheed, VP ACP. The students had prepared stalls according to theme assigned for batches. After judgment stalls were available for purchase, the profit from the programme was donated to charity. In the afternoon session games were conducted and prize distribution were held.

All Kerala Intercolligate (Pharmacy) Sevens Football Tournament was hosted by Moulana College of Pharmacy, Perinthalmanna. The students from Alshifa College of Pharmacy participated in the tournament from 01/12/2023 to 02/12/2023. The first match of Al Shifa College of Pharmacy on 01/12/2023, won against KMCT Kallanthode and enters into quarter finals. In the quarter finals faced against the Sanjo College of Pharmacy, we won and entered into the semi-finals. On 2nd December in the semi-final, boots against Malik Deenar College of Pharmacy and they won the match. The staff accompanied with students on these two days are Prof. Junaise V and Mr. Shafin P.

KUHS C-ZONE badminton tournament was hosted by PK DAS Institute of Medical Sciences, Ottapalam, Palakkad. The students from Alshifa College of Pharmacy participated in the tournament from 05/11/2023 to 06/11/2023. On the first day, both boys and girls teams of Al Shifa College participated in group matches and entered into quarter-finals. In the quarter-finals, both teams played against Jubilee Mission College and dropped the matches. On 6th November 2023, there is the singles badminton championship. From our college 2 players, both boys and girls participated in the singles competition. These 2 days are accompanied by Ms. Deepika Dinesh A. and Ms. Sethu R

Al Shifa College of Pharmacy had conducted ‘Melam 2023’ Onam celebration programme on 24.08.2023, Thursday. The day started with inaugration at 9.00 am by the Principal followed by pookalam competition, uriyadi, sundhariki pottu thodal, malayali mannan and manga competitions. Ona-sadhya was arranged in the auditorium which was followed by cultural program by staff and students. The programme came to an end by 4.00 pm

KUHS C-ZONE KHO KHO tournament was hosted by PK DAS Institute of Medical Sciences, Ottapalam, Palakkad. The students from Alshifa College of Pharmacy participated in the tournament from on 1st November 2023. The staff accompanied during the match were Mrs. Ananya and Mrs. Sree lekha.

KUHS C-ZONE Cricket tournament was hosted by Thrissure Medical College. The students from Alshifa College of Pharmacy participated in the tournament from 19/10/2023 to 22/10/2023. The first match of Al Shifa College of Pharmacy on 19/10/202, 4.30 pm at Thrissur Medical College gound won against EMS Medical College, accompanied by Mr. Shafin P and the hostel warden. In the second match on 20/10/2023 against the MES medical, we won by 5 wickets and entered into the semi-finals. In the semi-final, bats against Karuna College of Pharmacy, and Karuna College of Pharmacy won the match on 21st October 2023. The staff accompanied with students on the 20th and 21st of October was Mr. Jibin Joy. On 22nd October 2023 participated in the loser’s finals against Manjeri Medical College and secured the 3rd runners-up in the KUHS C-ZONE football, accompanied by Mr. Shafin P.

Principal Dr TNK Suriyaprakash, Al Shifa college of pharmacy inaugurated the event. Badminton (singles and doubles ), cricket , koko , carroms etc were included in the event. All students from every batch participated and attended the event which was held on Al Shifa college of pharmacy

An All Kerala Intercollege Badminton Tournament was conducted at St.Joseph college of Pharmacy on 25th January 2023. Ameer (10th Pharm.D) and Mahsoom(17th B.Pharm) of Al Shifa College of Pharmacy were the winners in Doubles badminton competition. They played finals with Amrutha College of Pharmacy

Interbatch volleyball tournament was held on 10/01/2022 to 13/01/2022 in the ACP playground. 2nd semester to 8th semester B.Pharm, 2nd Pharm D to 4th Pharm D and 2nd year Diploma students participated in this programme.It was coordinated by Naipunya & ACP students council. 8th semester were announced as the winners and 6th sem B.pharm as the ruuner up

Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav,75th Independence day celebration was conducted on 16/08/2022 at Auditorium, Al Shifa College of Pharmacy . The Programme was initiated by Naipunya Club ,and it was intended for all the students of Al Shifa College of Pharmacy.

A warm introductory speech about Independence Day was given by Prof. Junise.V (Vice Principal) and next the official programme started with a prayer song by prayer team of the college. The patriotic song by DHRUVA (Naipunya Music Club) provided the best feeling of an Independence Day, it was followed by well organised dance by RUDRA (Naipunya Dance Club).

The Quiz programme was conducted in 4 rounds and the best team was awarded with price. After all the programmme from the students side, next a classical dance related to Independence Day was performed by Mrs.Revathy P Vijayan, Associate Professor,Department of Pharmaceutics.Followed by prize distribution, the programme was dispersed with National Anthem

A Talk by Revathy P.Vijayan, Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics, Al shifa college of pharmacy on the topic “How Does Dance Therapy Rejuvenate Physical & Mental Health” was conducted on 5/08/2022 in Al shifa College of Pharmacy Auditorium. The students from B.Pharm,Pharm.D and D.Pharm were participated. It was coordnated by Naipunya Arts &Sports club. A memento was given to Mrs. Revathy P.Vijayan by Dr.T.N.K. Christmas celebration was conducted on 23/12/2022 in Al shifa College of Pharmacy. All the students participated in the programme. It was coordinated by students union in association with the 19th batch B.Pharm (Hazzaki). Many entertaining games were arranged including crib making competition, card making competition, bread eating competitions etc. The programme was inaugurated by Prof.Junise V, Vice Principal Alshifa college of pharmacy. Along with this programme a dance was performed by the RUDRA team in front of the APJ Block.

College day was celebrated on 08/12/2022, Thursday 9.00am to 6.30 pm. It was inaugurated by Dr.P.Unneen, Managing Trustee. Muhammed Faisal (Manager), Muhammed Riyas (Administrator), Dr.T.N.K.Suriyapraksh (Principal), Dr.Sanal Dev (Students Union incharge), Dr. Prasanth S.S. (HoD, Pharmaceutical Analysis), Muhammed Shemeef (Students union Chairman) were presented on the stage for the inauguration. Awards were given by Dr.P.Uneen and Dr.T.N.K. Suriyapraksh for the students those secured high marks in the university for the exams.The programme was started with a prayer. The first performance was by RUDHRA dance team, followed by different events of all the batches. The programme was coordinated by students union council and Naipunya club along with Yakuza batch. The event was concluded at 6.30 pm.
