Ancy John is a dedicated pharmaceutical professional with a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics and a strong academic and industrial background. She has over 3 years of experience as a hospital dispensing pharmacist, ensuring accurate medication management and patient care. Additionally, she worked for 4 years and 10 months as a Production Chemist at Chethana Pharmaceuticals, where she gained hands-on expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in the production of ophthalmic formulations (eye drops), as well as quality processes.

Currently, she is serving as an Assistant Professor at Al Shifa College of Pharmacy since March 2 2026. She is passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence. Her areas of interest include pharmaceutics, novel drug delivery systems, and research-oriented learning. She is committed to continuous professional development and making meaningful contributions to the field of pharmaceutical sciences.
