Al Shifa College of Pharmacy actively implements the National Innovation and Startup Policy (NISP) to promote a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and research among students and faculty. As part of this initiative, the college fosters a vibrant ecosystem that encourages idea generation, prototype development, and startup creation. Through structured programs, mentorship, and institutional support, NISP at Al Shifa empowers aspiring innovators to transform their ideas into impactful solutions aligned with societal and industry needs. The institution also ensures integration of innovation-based learning into the curriculum while providing access to pre-incubation and incubation facilities, facilitating collaborations with industries and government agencies. The policy is coordinated by the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and aligned with the guidelines of the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC).
