ABOUT YIP

The Young Innovators Programme (YIP) at Al Shifa College of Pharmacy (ACP) serves as a dynamic platform that nurtures innovation, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students. Through structured mentoring, ideation support, and institutional guidance, YIP encourages learners to transform novel ideas into practical solutions addressing real-world societal and technological challenges. ACP has consistently demonstrated excellence in YIP through remarkable achievements. The institution produced state-level winners in YIP 5.0 and district-level winners in YIP 7.0, reflecting the strong innovation culture on campus. Additionally, four teams from ACP were selected for district-level evaluation, showcasing the quality and impact of student ideas. In YIP 8.0, more than 25 innovative ideas were successfully submitted by students, indicating growing participation and enthusiasm for innovation-driven initiatives. Through YIP, ACP continues to empower young innovators, strengthen entrepreneurial thinking, and contribute meaningfully to the state’s innovation ecosystem
