The six-week-long Global Research and Industrial Visit training program offered by Al Shifa College of Pharmacy, in association with AIMST University Malaysia, concluded with a Valedictory ceremony held today at the Al Shifa College of Pharmacy campus. Seven students from AIMST University, Malaysia participated in the training program that started in August 2023. The visit included 4 weeks of on-hand training in various departments and research laboratories of the college, and various departments at KIMS Al Shifa Super Speciality Hospital. The students also received industrial exposure through their visits to pharmaceutical industries and the Regional Drug Testing Laboratory, Thrissur. The students presented a report of their visit, sharing their experiences and reflections of their learning outcomes during the valedictory ceremony. Completion certificates were issued by Dr. P Unneen, Managing Trustee, Al Shifa College of Pharmacy during the valedictory ceremony.
