The Grievance Redressal Committee has been established to address student concerns related to academics, examinations, hostel facilities, Harassment or discrimination Financial issues, food services, and transportation. A Grievance Box has been installed in the college. Additionally, a Google Form has been created for submitting grievances, accessible via a QR code. The committee holds regular meetings, typically every two months, or more frequently if necessary. During these meetings, the grievances submitted by students are reviewed, discussed, and prioritized. Each complaint is directed to the relevant member, and solutions are proposed based on the nature of the issue. Immediate actions are taken where possible, and in cases requiring more time, a resolution timeline is provided. All discussions, decisions and action taken are carefully documented for future reference. Once actions are implemented, the outcomes are communicated to the respective students, and their feedback is sought to ensure satisfaction with the process. By regularly documenting its actions and maintaining open communication with the student body, the committee has fostered a more responsive and supportive academic environment.
